    my gate has not work for at lease 1 week 

    i did everything you ask me to do and NADA

    now it is just an expensive bolt LOCK 

    call me at 203 981 5888 ask for john

    finally got it to work with their tech support

    I've tried contacting GATE and I haven't received any response... my lock doesn't work and I think it's TERRIBLE customer service for an expensive lock... can someone call me 929 424 9989

    Been hoping to see any inventory show back up on the site for almost a year now; I need a new battery.

    At this point I assume Gate has closed its doors, but isn’t communicating s as such to their customers. No news is always bad news in this case.

    Guess I’ll be switching to the Level Lock and stick this in my bin of “used-to-be-cool” tech. Bummer.

    I think the gate lab it's short-handed it took a while but they did get back to me be patient I'm hoping that they do not close their doors it is a cool lock I've been with them from the very beginning when it first started looking for Funds wait one year and a half for my lock but it was worth it again let's hope they do not close that doors

    Hung Chi, from the bottom of the Main support page (https://gatelabshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) there's a yellow oval that says "? Support"

    I assume this is what they mean by the chat feature, but I only get the ability to fill out my info and send it out as an email. Again, I'm still assuming these guys are no longer in business, but just haven't announced anything (probably still trying to sell off the assets at a reasonable price). It's definitely a bummer, as I loved the tech and supported it way back in the crowd-funding days (as many of us). 

    At this point, I've found the combination of a smart lock (still like the Level Lock) and smart doorbell (e.g. Ring), works well in place of my Gate Lock, which is now just gathering dust.

    Steve Seeger, in the last paragraph of the article it mentions the chat feature. That "?" used to be a chat button. I used it to chat with someone a year ago, but now it is a support contact form page.

    I hope they do keep up with the support. The problem I am having just started this month.

    I can't add a new user or change an existing users code. I can revoke a user but can't add them back in. I would reset the dive, but worried I couldn't add anyone back. I had reset this lock only a week ago, and it worked without a hitch.

    Problem fixed. Must have been something on their end. Everything is working normally again, since this morning. I can add new users and change the code of current users.
