Visit http://www.getgate.com/login and authenticate using your phone number. Select your Gate from the orange drop-down menu on the left side. Choose “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the screen. Please note that all cancellations will automatically take effect at the end of the current billing term. For monthly subscriptions, it will be the end of the month and for yearly subscriptions, it’s the end of the paid year. Gate does not offer prorated refunds.
