Only Gate account owners and administrators can subscribe to a plan. You’ll see the option to subscribe to a plan in your Gate app. You’ll be automatically redirected to the mobile web version of getgate.com to complete your purchase. You cannot subscribe to the a plan at the time of purchase for your Gate Smart Lock; you’ll only have the option once you’ve created your Gate account.
