Please do not attempt to return a product to us without first contacting our Customer Support Center and obtaining a "return merchandise authorization" (RMA) number. Packages received without the appropriate RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender at sender's expense.

Units returned for refund must be in like-new and working condition, in original packaging including all accessories, and shipped in a corrugated shipping box. Refunds are issued only after the returned unit passes inspection by us.
Customers pay for return shipping via UPS Ground and a $10 restocking fee. These charges are deducted from the refund amount.
